A new Lincoln Automotive Dealership and Service Center, 66,000 SF, two story, 46-bay automotive service building built in a converted retail facility adjacent to the existing Bozard Ford/Lincoln Dealership in St. Augustine. The building will be partially demolished and renovation for a new Lincoln dealership. The property will include sales room, sales parking lot, service, daycare, customer lounge, administrative offices and a Fords Garage restaurant.
JM Family Enterprises: Southeast Toyota, Commerce, Georgia
The Project for JM Family/Southeast Toyota is in Commerce, Georgia located on a 300-plus acre greenfield site for a new Toyota and Lexus Automobile Processing Distribution Facility to the six southeastern states. The project includes nine different buildings equaling 335,000 SF, a rail head and seventy acres of paved automotive storage area.
The Park is Location on the St. Johns River in Riverside, in one of the most historic neighborhoods in Jacksonville. The project currently consist of the esplanade restoration, new balustrade, new sodding, security and garden renovations. The Memorial Park was designed by the Olmsted Brothers in 1923 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.
The Sawgrass Country Club is replacing the existing Clubhouse and its operational facilities with a new modern state of the art, traditionally styled building for their Members and Guests. The project includes new construction, demolition of the existing buildings, site work, hardscape and landscaping. The building size will be 47,147 SF air conditioned and a total of 65,118 SF with the decks and golf cart storage spaces. The Clubhouse main features for its members and guest are the 19th Hole Grill & Bar, a dividable banquet hall, outside decks with vast views of the course, meeting rooms, locker rooms, Pro-shop and cart storage.
A 26,000 SF new construction on a 14-acre greenspace for Worship and Family Life Centers. The Worship Center will be a new two-story structure with approximately 14,725 SF and total seating for the parishioners, including the Chapel and Choir. The area will consist of the narthex, nave, solea, sanctuary, chapel, cry room with private toilet, general office space, storage, elevator, restrooms, choir loft, choir and storage area. The Family Life Center consists of three one-story structures with 12 education rooms, 6 offices, conference rooms, restrooms, storage space, gymnasium center, banquet hall for after church functions, and full kitchen to handle church events.
