Whether you’re building a new commercial facility or renovating an existing one to give it new life, we help clients cut costs, maintain quality, manage risk, centralize communications, and ensure compliance. With our expert knowledge, projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the building owner’s specifications. Clients typically save twice the value of our fees.

A Letter from Our President

“After 25 years of successful construction management and general contracting for other companies, I realized that my experience could be used to represent owners and developers. CMS Group, LLC, (Construction Management Services) was incorporated in July 2006 and designed to provide construction management/owner’s representative consulting services to anyone who was constructing new or renovating an old building and did not have the time or the experience to manage their construction projects. Our clients use us as an extension of their staff to manage the design and construction partners, and we have proven over and over again that our knowledge and expertise has saved them countless hours and dollars on their projects.”
