St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Jacksonville, FL

A new 20,000 SF Parish Hall, School Office, Computer Lab and Media Center is in the process of construction with a completion date of December 2008.  The building is comprised of steel framing with wood truss roof structure, block walls with brick and stucco facade.

Orange Park Volkswagon/Jacksonville Audi Dealerships, Jacksonville, FL

The new Volkswagon Dealership consists of 26,408 SF two-story building with a Service Department.

The new Audi Dealership consists of 22,580 SF two-story building with a Service Department.

This is a pre-construction management project only and our portion is completed.

Jacksonville University Marine Science Building, Jacksonville, FL

The proposed facility includes approximately 30,000 SF with approximately 18,500 SF of conditioned space within a two-story building to be built on the JU campus. The building will be LEED silver certified. The first floor will be semi-enclosed and will include a sailing program, marine science program, storage rooms and locker rooms. The second floor will be fully enclosed and include an office for the St Johns Riverkeeper, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission offices and lab, a pre-college office and lab, marine science research labs, classrooms and faculty office space, and flex space. The second floor will open out to a covered deck. A dock on the St. Johns River will be designed and built by others; however, the project work scope will include design and construction of utilities and drainage requirements to the dock.                    .
